Welcome to the Juneteenth Festival.
As a vendor of Juneteenth Festival at Black Miners Bar you are required to hold a valid California permit, license, and general insurance as appropriate for your business. All state and local regulations must be met.
All displays and merchandise must be family friendly. Vendors may not have items that are pornographic, demeaning, or generally offensive. The planning committee reserves the right to dismiss a vendor or remove offensive items. No amplified music, walkway solicitation, or “barking” is allowed. Staff/Personnel must remain INSIDE the assigned booth. It is expected that all vendor participants and each vendor participant’s representatives will always conduct themselves in a considerate and professional manner while conducting business within the event’s boundaries.
Alcohol sales and glass containers are prohibited.
Neither electrical nor water service is available.
Only items approved by the Juneteenth Vendor Chair before the event may be sold at the festival.
Any items being sold that weren’t included in the application process approval may be a reason for the Juneteenth Planning Committee to close the booth down AT THE EVENT, without refund.
Spaces are 10’ by 10’ and 25’ by 15′ for food trucks.
Parking/Entrance Fees into the park is $10.00. Unfortunately, this fee cannot be waived.
As this is a not for Profit community event, please note that all sales are final and there will be no refunds of any kind once the payment has been made to reserve a vendor space.
Paperwork
- All vendors must be able to provide a current Insurance Certification and Sellers Permit (craft) or Business Permit (food) as required.
- State of California, Folsom, and Auburn State Recreation Area (SRA), U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Stafford Consulting Group, LLC, Planning Committee, agents, or employees as additionally covered on your vendor insurance and hold harmless from and against any and all liability.
- Food Vendors must also be permitted with the Sacramento County Environmental Health Dept. as a Multi-Event Vendor (MEV) or a Food Truck (MFF)
- Please have all your necessary paperwork onsite.

- Breakdown: Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 9:00 PM – 10:30 PM PST (Breakdown Must be completed by 10:30 PM)
